Law degree from the University of São Paulo Law School (FDUSP) with a sandwich undergraduate program in Munich (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich) and a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Professor at the Brazilian Society of Public Law (SBDP) and researcher of the Center for Regulation and Democracy (CRD) of the Institute of Education and Research (Insper).
