Letícia Garcia Ribeiro Dyniewicz

Letícia Garcia Ribeiro Dyniewicz is Professor of Law in Federal University of Lavras. She holds a Ph.D. Degree in Law (2016) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO) and a Marsters Degree in Philosophy and Theory of Law in Federal University of Santa Catarina (2010). In 2014 she was a visiting scholar in Birbeck, University of London, where she developed part of her doctoral study. Her studies focus on a philosophical and constitutional approach on the state of exception. Nowadays she leads a study group on Constitutionalism and Democracy in Federal University of Lavras.
